I grew up in Fernie, BC, learning a passion to cook from my mom and grandma. This is where I first learned that food is how you take care of people. Today I balance two loves: serving my community as a firefighter, and feeding people, especially my wife and our three kids.

That's the heart of Fork & Flame Catering. I prepare food because I love it, and I feed people because it's one of the best jobs in the world. Let me cook for your table.
